AI integration and automation
AI automation services that work inside the systems you already use
AI projects stall when they meet real systems. We map your processes, find the steps where AI saves the most time and money, and connect it to your CRM, ERP, help desk, phone system and inboxes with secure, limited access.
What you get
- AI opportunity and ROI assessment
- Integrations with CRM, ERP, help desk and phone systems
- Workflows with human approval steps
- Security review before launch
Where AI process automation pays off
AI works best on tasks that repeat many times a week, follow rules you can write down and involve reading or writing text: sorting email, extracting data from documents, drafting replies, updating records and answering routine questions. These tasks take hours of staff time and need little judgment.
Integration decides whether automation works. In a 2026 survey, 46% of organizations named connecting AI to existing systems as their biggest obstacle (Anthropic, 2026). We start each project by mapping the systems, the data and the access every step needs.
You get automation your team can check. Each workflow shows what the AI did, and people approve the steps with financial, legal or customer impact.
AI automation and integration services
From the first assessment to monitoring after launch, one team owns the result.
AI opportunity and ROI assessment
We interview your team, measure how long each task takes and rank AI opportunities by payback and risk. You leave with a costed plan, including build and monthly AI usage costs.
System integrations
We connect AI to CRMs, ERPs, help desks, phone systems, calendars, shared inboxes and document storage through their official APIs, with the smallest access that works.
Document and email automation
AI reads invoices, contracts, forms and emails, extracts the data, checks it against your records and routes it to the right place.
Knowledge assistants
Your staff ask questions in plain language and get answers from your policies, manuals and past tickets, with links to the source.
Workflow automation with approvals
Multi-step workflows move work between AI and people. You decide which steps need a human sign-off.
AI usage and cost monitoring
Reports show volume, accuracy and AI usage cost for each workflow, so you can track the return month by month.
Secure AI integrations by design
Each integration opens a possible path into your systems. We treat every connection as a security boundary.
- Each connection uses its own credentials with the narrowest permissions the task needs.
- We keep passwords and API keys in a secrets vault, out of prompts and code.
- Actions with financial or legal impact wait for a person's approval.
- We log every automated action with its input, output and approver.
- Before launch, we attack-test each workflow for prompt injection and data leaks.

AI automation and integration FAQ
Which business processes can AI automate?
Tasks that repeat often, follow clear rules and involve text: email sorting, data entry from documents, invoice matching, ticket routing, lead follow-up, report drafting and routine questions. We rank them by payback during the audit.
Do we need to replace our current software?
No. We connect AI to the tools you already use through their official APIs. If a system has no API, we look for a secure alternative, such as a shared inbox or a scheduled export.
How do you measure the return on AI automation?
Before we build, we agree with you on the measure: hours saved, response time, error rate or cost per task. The pilot reports against that number, and a monthly report tracks it after launch.
Is our data safe when AI connects to our systems?
Each connection gets limited access, we log every action, and we use AI providers under enterprise terms that exclude your data from training. We can sign a data processing agreement (DPA) and keep processing in the region you choose.
What does an AI automation project cost?
We quote each project individually. The free 30-minute assessment gives you a first view of the opportunities. The paid audit produces a full ROI model with build and running costs.
