This Privacy Policy explains how KDS Cyber Security LLC (“KDS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit https://kdscybersecurity.com (the “Site”) or engage our services, including the design, deployment and operation of AI agents and automation. We are a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and we work with business clients worldwide, except in countries and regions subject to U.S. sanctions.
We handle personal data in line with the Florida Information Protection Act (§ 501.171, Florida Statutes), other applicable U.S. law and, where they apply to you, international frameworks such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
- Inquiry data you submit through our forms or messengers: name, work email, company, country, phone (optional), company size, project timeline, area of interest and your message.
- Engagement data shared during an assessment or project, which may include technical details about your systems, workflows and sample business data needed to build or test an agent.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and request metadata, processed for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

2. How we use data
- To answer inquiries and prepare proposals.
- To deliver, secure and support the services you engage us for.
- To protect the Site and our clients from fraud and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations, including screening clients against U.S. sanctions lists, and to enforce our agreements.
Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract, compliance with our legal obligations (such as sanctions screening), and our legitimate interest in running a secure business.
3. AI processing and your data
- No training on client data. We do not use your data, or data processed by agents we build for you, to train or fine-tune models for anyone else. Where we use third-party AI model providers, we select enterprise terms under which your inputs and outputs are not used for model training.
- Data minimization. Agents receive only the data and system permissions they need for their task.
- Region and retention. Where available, we deploy processing in the region you choose and apply retention limits agreed in your engagement.
- Human oversight. Decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are designed with human review. See our AI Transparency Statement.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers (hosting, email, messaging and AI model providers) bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
- A successor in a merger or acquisition, under this Policy.
5. International transfers
Because we are based in the United States and serve clients worldwide, personal data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK data, the UK Addendum or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
6. Security
As a cybersecurity company we apply strict technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging and continuous monitoring. If a breach affects personal data of Florida residents, we will notify as required by § 501.171, Florida Statutes, and as required by other applicable laws. No system is completely secure.
7. Retention
We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months unless it becomes part of an engagement, and engagement data for the period set in the contract, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights; we will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. The date above shows the latest version.
